I have owned this home for over 35 years and have appreciated all the wonderful tenants who have treated it as if it were their own home, where they could enjoy life with their family and feel accepted and safe in the community. As much as I don't want to give it up, I think it is time for me to retire from the rental business in Paw Paw. I love the fact it is located in the Village of Paw Paw where the pharmacies, banks, parks and schools are within walking distance. Many expressed how convenient everything was by living in this wonderful neighborhood so close to downtown which made life easier for them. There is a certain character and charm this home possesses.
