Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer. At the top of the stairs, you are greeted by built in bunk beds. here are also two private bedrooms, one with partial ocean views, and a full bathroom located on the top floor. There is shared laundry in the carport. Monthly filter changes to be scheduled with tenant. Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin). Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2-3 vehicles. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Pets, Students, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
