Our house is located approximately 2-3 miles from the center of town. The house and property are well taken care of. We have lived here since October 2002. Property is in the county . The property is pump irrigated with water from a waste-water ditch so it is free. The house also has its own well and septic. The septic has been well maintained over the years. There is 3 apple, 3 plum, 2 pear and 1 apricot trees, plus various other trees. There is also a fenced in garden area with a red raspberry patch which produces several galleons of berries. We have remodeled the kitchen, bathroom, floors and finished the garage. The garage has an attic with storage space. Also, there is a crawl space under the house, with access from the bedroom closet. The post and rail fence along St. Charles St. was built 2 years ago. The deck is redwood and built 2 years ago with french doors leading into the dining area of the kitchen. The pergola is select Douglas fir and built this spring. The appliances, washer/dryer, range, the John Deere riding mower and sprinklers, go with the house.
