APN-0593-361-13-0000 it's where the rock entrance is, right off Pioneertown Rd. Basically it's on the left once you go beyond rock entrance and before road turns and goes downhill. Land is sourounded by nature conservancy I've been told by a neighbor I met. Most of the beauty lies in the large wash that is half the property. Beyond the wash is a mountain. Last time I was there I couldn't see any houses from property. I like the privacy of the wash as the property feels kind of exposed up by Pioneertown road. You can even hear the music from PandH drifting through the air. I've owned property for 15 years haven't used it much at all, time to move on. I had plans of building a small place that dropped down into the wash somehow. I have no idea if water even washes any longer. Maybe snow melt from Big Bear or maybe flash flooding but I have done zero reserch. Maybe not even buildable due to wash and setbacks I'm sorry but you had better make sure you can do what you want with it before you go there and fall in love with the place. Since the fire there are at least five times as many manzanita! At last count 21!!! On north facing slope which is down the side of the wash. So much growth since 2006. Property burned to dirt the same year I purchased it. Considering all offers. Text is best. Thank you
