Home was built by my Father, later my middle son and family moved home to purchase the home rent to own from his Grandmother. Renovations were started upon moving home. Inside work was completed by my son a construction worker with his own company. Bathroom redone, new plumbing a complete redo. Great work, cannot tell that he doesn't have a Red Seal for Plumbing. No Red Seals for Interior or Exterior, no Insurance. New Buyers had an Inspector I'm sure. I hope so. Overpriced when my son way renting to own $33,000 The back yard side yard near is swamp. Glad to see the horrible steeple like barn gone.
