1 Apache is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick home with fenced yard and a cellar in Larkins Meadow Addition locating in the middle of town, close to Sequoyah Elementary School. 1. We prefer a 2 year lease. 2. The deposit is the same as the rent of the home. 3. We require tenants to have income 3 times the rent coming into the home per month. 4.
