My family owns this beautiful piece of property in Lawrence County, but we simply don't use it and would love for someone else to enjoy it. It is roughly 50 acres. Around 25 acres are open, 19 of which are fenced. One fenced pasture is 12 acres, the other is 7. The larger pasture has creek access. The smaller pasture does not have water access. There is a creek bordering the property along the road pictured and another creek cutting through the other side of the property, near the barn. There is a house in the property that is not for sale, but the land rolls in such a way that it is out of sight and earshot for most of the property.
