We have a 2 bedroom apartment that will be available for rental on March 1st. The apartment is located within walking distance from the metro, shops, and restaurants in a quiet historic street. ( Westmoreland avenue) The apartment is on the ground floor of our house ( we live upstairs). You will have your own private entrance and full access to the garden. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 fireplaces. There is a lot of light in the apartment and the house is quiet and peaceful. There is a small private patio with the apartment. The kitchen floor has ceramic tiles and the rest of the apartment is hardwood floor or carpet. We are looking for a respectful tenant that is nice and quiet. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Visits can be arranged in February while we repaint the units or earlier while our tenant who leaves February first is still in the house. The move-in date will be between Feb 15th and March first depending on the time of the renovations.
