Featuring a lofted sleeping area, living room, kitchen, bathroom & deeded access to near by private beach. Electric and running water, fed from a community well which is shut off for winter months. HOA fees are approx $25-$75 per year *The electric meter for this camp is currently shared with the neighboring camp & will need to be outfitted with one of its own.
