We bought this house 6 years ago. It only had 3 br at the time, but we added 2 more. The roof is half way new in January of 2016. We are still fixing it up as well on some of the rooms. There is 5 acres large open space outside as well. There is a mulch trail in the woods. There is a small shed. We have around 6-8 walnut trees as well. The closest neighbor is 1/2 mile down the road. Well water.
