Additionally, a dead-end county road stops at the eastern boundary of the farm, offering additional access to the east side of the farm. This tract has multiple nearby grain marketing options with the Landus co-op in Rippey, Iowa, and the Louis Dreyfus ethanol plant in Grand Junction, Iowa.
