The property is completely wooded with a long history of forest management. The forest is comprised of hard maple, soft maple, cherry, red oak, tulip poplar, beech, birch, hemlock and more. There is a limited amount of timber value currently that will continue to increase over time. Access throughout the property is excellent via the former logging roads and trails.
