You won`t belive the views from this land, all this and public water. The property is heavily wooded and has lots of nice big trees. It will be wonderful once you get it cleared to suit yourself. Please walk down either the side with the evergreen trees on the right, or the town owned access road on the left to view the water front. Please be very careful, there is a 15 foot drop to the water. Boundry lines are clearly marked by pink spray paint lines on either side. The line on the left slants in which is why there is only 80 feet of waterfront. Please call for information on obtaining more water with this property.
