The apartment is extremely spacious. Located upstairs is the bedroom, walk in closet, and full bathroom. Down stairs is a half bath, washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, and screened in balcony. I will operate on a first come, first served basis. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE Water is sub metered in rent based on use. The lease is a 12 month lease but by the time of takeover there will only be 6 months left. The lease ends in March but can be renewed. If interested. to apply there is a $50 application fee and $200 administration fee due when submitting application. If denied, $200 can be refunded back to you. Piedmont electricity, Spectrum, and renters insurance is required. Pets are allowed, there will be a pet deposit as well as monthly pet fee. Parking in front of building.
