I bought this looking to change a few things and live in as a tiny home, but life happens and I haven’t had the time to finish the renovations. Finished renovated comps are selling for $25k to $30k so looking to get only $16,500 since there is still some work needing to be done but there is a great base of modern customizations already done. This camper fits 4-8 comfortably depending on size and age. In addition to the queen short bed frame in the master (queen short mattress NOT included), the two black futons fold down into twin size beds. A blowup extra tall queen mattress fits in the open area between the twin beds (currently stored in master closet). Bedding materials included. APPLIANCE ADDITIONS AND UPGRADES: Stove has been upgraded to full size propane stove. Additions include washing machine, drying machine, and dishwasher machine (all three only have 6 months of use on them). There’s also a microwave and new coffeemaker. Large flatscreen tv appears to still be working great. A monitor is also in the bedroom for additional digital entertainment. The fridge is original but in good working condition. FURNITURE ADDITIONS AND UPGRADES: The dining room table and chairs have been used for less than 6 months. There is a new black pop up table that can be placed in front of the current dining table to extend the dining section to accommodate up to 8 people. 4 new wooden folding chairs (one currently stationed at the desk) fit with the dining table extension. Also, 4 TV dinner tray tables with less than 6 months of use can also be used to eat at the couches. Originally, a large, inconveniently placed radio station was in the middle of the couch area so that has been taken down and the radio hookups are now all contained within a panel in the wall. The hookups are still there encase you want to use in the future. FINISHED NEEDED The kitchen has lower and upper cabinets that fit the area with the larger stove, however these still need painted black and installed. Brown marble Countertop stickers are included but the plywood board for the countertop hasn’t been bought or cut yet. Sink and faucet are present but need installed too. Bathroom has a brand new vanity that needs installed. The brand new bath tub with shower surround both need installed too. The ceiling in the bedroom needs repaired. Some floor boards in the bathroom need replaced (extra planks are in the storage compartment). Most or all of the small square roof hatches have been replaced with new ones, however the roof needs resealed around the AC units (some water damage occurred here but should easily and cheaply can be fixed).
