    Oak Valley Estates has electric and city water to the site. Will not divide as we want to sell it as one tract. There is a year to year agricultural lease that has an exit clause if it needs to be developed sooner than when the crops come out. The original phase of Oak Valley has its own neighborhood wide mound sewer system. The next phase of Oak Valley has been designed to do another similar sewer system.
