It has a north northwesterly slope. This land is suited for hunting, trail riding, hiking, farming with good road frontage for potential development along Needmore Rd. (1,300'+-)) and Colwell Lane (868'+-dirt) which is mostly cleared land. Soils appear to be generally moderate well to well drained Autryville, Blanton, Marvyn and Wagram soils on 0-12% slopes which are generally suited for septic systems; however, Sampson County Environmental Health should be contacted to test the soils to verify what portions of the tract are suited to septic systems.
