**9/21 Update: The Town Of Marana Water meeting had zero impact in this property being served by its water line. The letter was deceiving. It gave the owners that moved the water line a little bit down the road a right to charge anyone that now connects to that line. It's still thousands of dollars to pay Marana to bring water to the property. Regarding utilities: please verify all utility locations. I have been told electricity is across the road on a neighboring property, I can not confirm. Water will need a well.
