This gorgeous beach Villa is located in the luxurious yet quaint town, Dorado. Lakeside Villas is an award winning community, lauded for its design and construction. The Space The Villa is 2,800 square feet large, and has inclined, sloped ceilings that measure up to 17 feet high, making for a vast space both vertically and horizontally. The Villa itself faces the North East and is therefore ventilated by prevailing winds. The living room and dining room are exotically decorated, the latter of which seats up to nine people. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a table and a bench area for hosting. The Master Suite has a walk-in closet, a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a sloped roof of 17 ft. The second bedroom has two comfortable bunk beds, (full on the bottom, twin at the top) and a private bathroom. There are a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the third bedroom can be converted into a family or vice versa, given the futon that works as a cozy couch and also as a full, pull-out bed. As previously mentioned, the Villa can accommodate comfortably up to 6 residents. The Villa has central air-conditioning, fans, a Plasma TV, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and dryer. There is a spacious wrap-around terrace, with lounge chairs, that overlooks a large and enticing pool surrounded by palm trees. The Neighborhood's Facilities There are plenty of facilities to make use of and enjoy outside of the villa. These include: tennis courts, with lighting perfect for evening play, three swimming pools, a Club House, beach volleyball, access to a private beach. It is close to three golf courses (East Course, Pineapple Course and Sugarcane Course), as it is five minutes away from the Ritz Carlton Reserve.
