Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Owner reserves the right to rent the property to another party if deposits and fees are received after the due dates. Quoted rates are for up to two people. Additional people staying longer than 7 days will incur a fee of $15/day/person. No smoking and no pets. Cancellation policy: Security deposit will be returned at time of cancellation minus a $125 service fee. Rental fees, once paid, will not be returned unless the home can be rented again (I will try my best to do that). These rates do not include tax (7%), cleaning fee ($175.00) or amenities pass ($50.00) Guest passes are free. Payment may be made by personal check or cashier's check. Rental periods must be a minimum of 1 month. The monthly rental period runs from 4 pm on the 1st day of the month to 9 am on the last day of the month. January, February, March will only be rented as a 3-month block of time at $6000/month.
