    This 4.6 acres is raw unimproved land. It has a pipe fence across the front of the property and smooth wire around the rest of the perimeter. From the front to the back on the property it drops quite a bit and on the left side. It drops off more than on the right side. The property falls to a creek that runs along the back perimeter of the property which is where the floodplain comes in. As the property comes up from the creek it comes out of the floodplain. The property has a long front of pipe fence gives it a long frontage. Dawkins Road is a county road and county maintained. Dawkins Road is between OSR and FM 2289. The acreage is closer to OSR which makes it closer to travel to I-45. It is a short distance from Hwy 39 where you could connect with Hwy 21 which will go straight into Bryan at Hwy 6. Very centrally located which makes it easy to travel to Houston, Dallas or Bryan/College Station Texas.
