There is a gate at the entrance to the property and a well-placed existing driveway leads to the camp. The camp is a small one room cabin which measures 12 x 16 with a propane wall heater, and there is an outhouse. A pole structure is near the cabin that was started with intentions to be built into a shelter for a small sawmill. The trail system is extensive throughout the property and most of the trails are wide enough to accommodate a truck. As you enter the property, there is a large cleared area. As you go up the hillside past the camp, the property plateaus and there is a well-equipped 8 x 8 raised hunting blind which provides shelter from the weather.
