Welcome home to the Cabin on Motts Pond! This picturesque and tranquil get away is conveniently located in Camden NY, and is less than an hour drive from Syracuse, Utica, Watertown, and Oswego. This woodsman's dream has 75 feet of waterfront, a main cabin, a garage, a toolshed, a woodshed, and a spare lot. Entering the camp from the main door you'll find a 200 sqft porch, that is perfect for spending summer nights, and rainy days. From the porch you'll discover the main living room / kitchen (about 300 sqft) with an 8 foot wide 10 foot tall stone fireplace which serves as the centerpiece of the room. On either side of the fireplace are large windows that face west. These are ideal for watching the sunset over the pond. Through a hall area are the bedrooms. Two larger ones, each bigger enough for a full bed and dresser or desk, and both have a closet. 3rd bedroom (not in photos), is narrower, and currently has bunk bends in it. Lastly, a full bathroom with standup shower. The camp has several recent updates including a new roof, newer efficient windows, insulation, and several pier/ slab replaces. The water pump and septic tank were service in the past 12 months, and are both in good working order. Lastly the camp has a propane heater so it's an ideal respite for weekend snowmobiling trips! The property sits right on Motts Pond, a sleepy waterway (no loud pontoon boats passing here) with tons of wildlife. Many mornings we've caught 10 inch bass right off the dock. Property comes with a John Boat, canoe, kayak, 2 outboard motors, a John Deere Riding Mower(145 hrs), snowblower, new 3 burner gas grill, tons of various hand and power tools, and 2 face cord of wood.
