This is a 3 story building. Each floor is its own individual unit. I lease the second floor which is a two bedroom two bathroom. Easily sleeps a family of 6. Great for two couples. It's fully supplied and has pool access on same floor. I live above 7 days a month. It's located in the gated community of Gaviotas across the street from Puerto del Ray, Fajardo Puerto Rico, which is the Far East side of the island with the best view on the island. Privately owned and managed. I have a great manager who has a wealth of information and willing to offer his help anytime. Cash $200/night for 3 night min. $185/night for 7 or more nights $250 security fee and a $100/cleaning fee I do require a list of people staying at the property I do not want to lease the property to individuals interested in throwing parties with large groups of people. It's a nice quite neighborhood I want to keep it that way.
