It's fully supplied and has pool access on same floor. I live above 7 days a month. The bottom floor is a smaller one bedroom one bath fully supplied that I can also lease out if more space is required. The cost is $200/night for a min. Of three nights and $175/night for seven or more nights. It's located in the gated community of Gaviotas across the street from Puerto del Ray, Fajardo Puerto Rico, which is the Far East side of the island with the best view on the island. Privately owned and managed. I have a great manager who has a wealth of information and willing to offer his help anytime. If interested call Steve owner or Victor manager Cash $200/night for 3 night min. $175/night for 7 or more nights $250 security fee and a $75/cleaning fee I do require a list of people staying at the property I do not want to lease the property to individuals interested in throwing parties with large groups of people. It's a nice quite neighborhood I want to keep it that way.
