It's fully supplied and has pool access on same floor. I live above 7 days a month. The bottom floor is a smaller one bedroom one bath fully supplied that I can also lease out if more space is required. The cost is $200/night for a min. Of three nights and $175/night for seven or more nights. It's located in the gated community of Gaviotas across the street from Puerto del Ray, Fajardo Puerto Rico, which is the Far East side of the island with the best view on the island. Privately owned and managed. I have a great manager who has a wealth of information and willing to offer his help anytime. It's a nice quite neighborhood I want to keep it that way.
