It is close to Intervale Pizza, Thompson's Orchards, and about 40 minutes from downtown Portland. It is roughly 800+ square feet, open concept/studio, lots of light, concrete floors, large bathroom, and some storage space. Heat pump for heating and cooling. There is no washer-dryer but there are two close laundromats in New Gloucester and Gray. Once you email me, you will be asked to complete an application before seeing the apartment.
