Sweet cabin sharing 3 acres of wooded riverfront property in the Fiddletown area, with easy access to a local gravel road for miles of walking past large picturesque ranches. Three other homes share the property, and we screen carefully to maintain a quiet friendly neighborhood. The river usually is flowing now, but due to drought, it has stopped. This home has just been refreshed with new roof, windows and flooring. The house has one bedroom, a spacious living room and kitchen area, electric heat in the bathroom, and propane heat and wood stove in the living room. There is a propane range and hot water heater, and a laundry room with gas washer and dryer hookups. The kitchen has ceramic tile, and new vinyl plank flooring throughout. This home is approximately 750 square feet. Our well is on a back up generator so we usually have water when the power goes out. Please reply with a note about yourself and your phone number.
