The first parcel appears to have a water meter at the SW corner at the intersection of Ming and Acoma; the other parcel appears to have a water meter at the SE corner which is at the intersection of Ming and Shawnee. It is unknown if the equipment works. There is electricity in the road at the Acoma parcel. The parcel at Shawnee appears to be more than 300 feet from the nearest power pole, but you can always go with solar. Good dirt roads and beautiful views!
