This farm is unbelievable, between the amount of deer traffic, to the incredible large mature bucks, also the turkey, quail and pheasant population is way off the charts. With the 2 dammed up water structures I think the ducks and the geese will be great as well. There is a ton of deer signs all over the farm, from the thick cedars to the north to the willows in the middle of the farm down the river bank to the large block of thick timber deer signs are ALL OVER!!!Crop fields border the farm to the north. There are great pinch points all over this farm for bow hunting. It would be work to hunt this farm but your return on your time would be amazing. This farm gives you year around use from deer, turkey, quail, pheasant, duck, geese and mushroom hunting this farm gives you many many months of hunting.
