Overall experience was great.  Any questions we had were answered promptly.  Your Project Manager, Matt, is a jewel.  You are lucky to have him in your employ.

A few items weren’t finished before moving in and took quite some time to wrap them up. Besides that they were great to work with! They were very flexible with us in our finish options and we are overall very satisfied with our experience and new home!

Need to put electric outlet above fireplace, it’s an obvious place for a tv.  Now I have to hire an electrician to run an outlet.  Very minimal cost to add during construction compared to what I’m going to have to pay now.  It would also be nice to pave a walkway on at least one side of the house so I don’t have to drag a lawnmower through gravel.

Matt was and has been super helpful in transitioning us into our new home, responding promptly and efficiently with kindness and care.

This is my second Woodhill Home...and the experience has always been exceptional. Great product...and great people behind it.

Everyone was kind and responsive to all our questions. The one minor problem we encountered shortly after moving in was fixed immediately. Great service.

The touring process was easy, after buying the house the response by wood hill for the small issues was fast. When the CAT4 data line wasn’t installed in the home, they sent an electrician out at no cost to me to install it in my home. Also the interactions I’ve had with the builder since buying in the new construction development have been very pleasant.

Awsom great naborgh hood home is wonderful this place is very nice 

The business part, and all that went great. The quality of Workmans was not good. We have several windows that leak when the wind blows they blow sand in all around the window have the vacuum. After every time it blows talk to maintenance man said it out of his hands we’ve been here less than two months And we have a leak behind the guest bathroom that is ongoing could be a big problem a little things got fixed. We just need the big things fixed. 

I would say there is a bit of mistrust regarding a/c unit being additional and anything extra would be a much higher price than it needed to be. The carpeting is awful and we should have had the choice to do floors. How does anyone put carpet in the dining room area and near the Kitchen island where you are supposed to be able to put stools. 

We couldn’t get the key till the afternoon.  We had eight or nine men helping us move that day and we had to sit around and wait on the key. It could’ve cost us $900 but the movie came to head hired very accommodating.

The process is easy and the people are wonderful.  But profits definitely overtook quality.  New homes still have issues, I get that, but selling home with unfinished garages and yards when charging $60k more for the same model they sold 18 months ago is not okay.  Clean up sucked with windows not being maintained.
