My name is Paul Simonet. My wife, Cindi and I have enjoyed living in the beautiful village of Dryden for four decades. Years ago, while serving on the local planning board, research clearly showed us that there was a critical need for new homes within Tompkins County to help offset population growth. Inspired to personally do something about this, Three Sixty Enterprises was founded. Our company name was chosen to reflect “what goes around, comes around;" you sow what you reap. The vision for our subdivision, Maple Ridge, “Friends live here,” may read like a marketing tagline, but reflects a philosophy which places community at the center. Of course, no one can guarantee you happiness, but we do promise integrity, best of intentions, and a desire for your greater good.
