Rincon was formed by three home building executives in 2009 with the idea of building quality homes on a smaller scale to have a stronger connection with the homes we build and the families who purchase one. For each project, Rincon teams with the finest design consultants who are ingrained in the local community. Rincon’s in-house team works closely with these consultants to create homes and sites that fit our unique approach to thoughtful and efficient urban-coastal living.
