Adriana was an absolute gem. I have spoke of my experience and recommended her and your company to so many.  Our builder took extra care of us. And My brother is looking to buy next!

My overall experience was less than subpar and a complete disaster. My family has had so many issues upon moving in May 3rd 2025 that it quite honestly has become very overwhelming. The 2nd day after moving in the master shower flooded the bathroom, master bedroom and master closet. There was concrete that occluded 80% of the sewer line and that back flowed into the shower, bedroom and closet. We hadn’t even got to shower up to this point. The next issue was no hot water for the first 10 days. My pregnant wife and 3 year old son had to shower in the kitchen sink but only able to wash their hair. Meanwhile, the plumber blamed the issue on electrical and electrician blamed the issue on plumbing. The heating element needed to be changed and we hadn’t been able to shower. The garage door came off the hinges because the rail was not secured into the stud. The carpet in the upstairs play area was not seamed correctly and cast a line from wall to wall. A section of vinyl in the kitchen came up and when the contractors came to replace it he left a quarter size gap on both sides so they had to come back 30 minutes later to rip it out and install it correctly. The washers drain line had a leak in the hose and was squirting the water all on the wall. Needless to say, the laundry room was flooded with water on more than one occasion. After a week of no response from the warranty manager, Brandon, I had to replace the actual hose myself since the appliance company never contacted the warranty manger. Again, my 36 week pregnant wife was not able to wash the few pregnancy clothes that she was able to wear. The front door and 1/2 bath did not have the same color as the other doors. The company had to come out and repaint the doors the correct color.  I was not shown where the air filter was. So I merely had to  look around and google where it could be until I found it. There was no date on when the air filter was even installed. The more days we’ve been in here I can see other issues with paint, silicone, etc that I initially made note of during the blue tape walk through. The tape was taken off like it had been fixed but it’s obvious it was not. I’m sure there are other issues I’m forgetting about but these are the main ones that stick out. If anyone actually reads this I will be surprised. This is why I gave all ones and will never recommend Rauschenberg Coleman or Lennar Homes to anyone.

Maya was AMAZING! With us being a first time home buyer she helped us with any questions we had late nights early mornings she was there every step of the way. 

I have over 10 warranty requests . These houses are put up quick with crappy workers that drink beer and Smoke weed all day on the job. I am still picking beer bottles out of my yard when I step on them along with cigarette butts every where . They are careless and just want money .
