Low marks because within less than 1 month of buying our home, the windows leaked water onto our drywalls and down the walls staining and damaging them.  We contacted rausch coleman about the matter and have gotten no response in setting up a time to fix the issue.  There is more rain in the forecast so the problem will get worse,  i just dont want there to be mold inside our walls because they are not responding

Not all items from walk-thru were fixed by closing.  Will delay closing next time until fixed.  Warranty process has not been as responsive as hoped with wavy vinyl siding on rear.

In spite of conversations before closing, and with warranty team after closing, rear siding is still wavy, and debris trap has not been removed from rear door.  This is our 4th property in this subdivision and Rausch normally does a GREAT job, so this is unusual.

Cookie was amazing she walked me through everything and assured me that this process would be smooth . I would highly recommend her to everyone I know !!
