Barbato, established the company in Rochester, New York in 1972 with a focus on creating quality homes in beautiful neighborhoods throughout the area. Today, we continue to build homes that reflect these values and our commitment to excellent workmanship. After transferring the company to his son, James P. Barbato, in 2006, the two continue to work together to build homes that meet the evolving needs of our community. We are now a complete general contracting company, building apartments, light commercial, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities, in addition to our single-family homes, patio homes, and townhomes.
