Pendergrast Farm LLC

Pendergrast Farm, along with Serenbe, are the 2 FARM Conservation Communities in the State of Georgia. Our goal is to preserve as much of our natural environment as possible while building high-performance, energy-efficient homes clustered around a 1 acre urban farm. We connect our people to nature and to each other. Our 20 families enjoy fresh produce from the farm along with berries from our edible landscape. Our residents appreciate our 5.5 acres of woodlands with walking trails, a saltwater lap pool and a Community House for culinary events & other group activities, within a convenient urban location close to all of the art, culture and entertainment options that the City has to offer. We have Move-In Ready homes available OR we will custom build your Dream Home. Preconstruction lot reservations allow you to choose the location you want within the community and work with our Design Team to create the home of your dreams!
