When making a warranty request, they are very fast in responding. Respond either the same day or the very next day.  Haven't had any major issues with Omega.

Good. 

The landscaping and yard have had the most issues. The sod that was laid was full of hard clay that has been difficult to edge and train around the sidewalk. The trees are half dead and the backyard tree is the worst of the two. We are also very concerned about a drainage issue on the west side of the house - between [redacted].  The landscaping is creating a bog - the water cannot drain off the property and the grass is rotting. 

A great experience for a first-time home buyer.

Very responsive immediately to questions or concerns. Weekly updates very informative. 

We felt that the end product was good but that there were a number of mistakes or issues along the way that had to be monitored by the homeowners (and our inspector) repeatedly to make sure that we did not have any underlying or unresolved issues at the end.  In addition, while we appreciated that we were given the option to have brick instead of siding on our home, it seemed like the Omega team was not prepared for what that meant in terms of changes to the exterior that the brick would require.

I would say our home is meant to be ours and would like to thank all the Omega personnels for helping and being so accommodating. To Kyler for giving us all the options that would work for our situation and Shelby our superintendent for being always on the go when asked about how to maintain our home! They are the best!

The experience was thoroughly terrific. From showings through closing and warranty Mikaela and David have been excellent. 

It was great dealing with them not being in the state; however it was a lot of simple things I think that should’ve been fixed.
