As a builder, I come from the world of large production home construction. In that experience, I learned a lot of great skills and processes to maximize efficiency and streamline costs, but I also learned a lot about the downside of cutting corners, stretching capacity and nickel & diming key design decisions. My mission at Monticello Homes is to create Overwhelming Value in new home construction with a real focus on building a home that I would personally be proud to call my home at a price which is attainable to the greatest number of homebuyers.
