Mattamy build quality has deteriorated significantly over time. The units have become smaller and smaller and 2 bedroom size units were built as 3 bedroom unit, with incredibly small bedrooms. 

We had a great experience working with the Mattamy team. Right from the start, they were professional, transparent, and really responsive to all our questions and needs. Their commitment to staying on schedule and keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process was truly impressive. Thank you for your excellent service!

Over all is good, but needs to work on details.  

Donovan and Jane are my main contacts and they have been great since the PDI and are amazing at resolving everything. Stephanie who is the customer rep is also very responsive and great to work with!

Some finishes (upgraded even) were lacking in quality. For example, upgraded hardwood floors dent and scrape with very little impact. The wood is inredibly soft. Not expected of normal hardwood, met alone upgraded.
