Having a great team and partners that commit to the level of quality and excellence that we do is key to being a successful concierge builder, so we partnered with South Florida's leading design firm, Clive Daniel Home, to work with our clients throughout the entire build process. From the selection of paint colors to pavers to chandeliers; our clients work with a (personal) Clive Daniel Home designer to help with any and all selection and design elements for your home. This year Lux Development did very well at the 'Showcase of Homes', better known as the 'Parade of Homes' put on by The Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA) - winning every award in our category - "Best Overall", "Best Outdoor Living", "Best Interior Design", "Best Livability", "Best Kitchen", "Best Bath" and "Best Pool Design". Additionally, we were awarded Best Overall Outdoor Living & Pool Design for the entire Showcase amongst ALL Cape Coral builder.
