Long Real Estate Developers (LRED) was founded in 1990 as a full-service residential development company focused on creating thriving communities while providing our investors with a comfortable return on investment. Our development portfolio includes luxury single-family homes, townhomes, multi-family apartments and condominiums, as well as the adaptive reuse of historic homes and structures. We engage in our work with the highest standard of quality, timeliness, and professionalism. We started with the renovation of an old Victorian home that expanded into the renovation of four more similar homes. Having established a reputation for producing a quality product within a strict budget, our business has expanded into the development of luxury single-family homes, and most recently a $19MM condominium development. In addition to strong leadership, LRED is supported by a multidisciplinary team of architects, construction management specialists, consultants, and marketing personnel dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of service and return on investment.
