Lamont Garber, President and CEO of Garber Communities, began his career in real estate in the early 1970’s as the youngest real estate broker in Florida. With a vision to acquire and develop affordable communities throughout the state, he teamed up with his brother Wayne in 1988 and they purchased their first manufactured home community. Industry leaders for more than 30 years, they own 12 communities throughout the state of Florida and remain dedicated to developing extraordinary places to call home at unbeatable value. Native Floridians and “hands-on” owners, the Garber brothers frequently travel the state to visit their communities, and are always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance their properties.
