Now led by Jerry's four sons—Will, David, Michael, and Greg—we carry on his legacy with the same commitment to quality. When you build with us, you’re not just working with a builder; you’re partnering with the Fedewa family. From design to construction, we’re personally involved in every step. Greg and David help you with planning, while Michael and Will oversee the precision of construction. Even behind the scenes, you’ll meet family members like Will’s wife Rachel, who manages our office, and Aunt Ginger Sweet, our warranty coordinator. Our approach is to continually improve. We work with a third-party energy testing company to ensure every home exceeds energy efficiency standards, using techniques like blower door and duct blast tests. Our long-standing relationships with tradespeople, many of whom have worked with us for decades, ensure exceptional craftsmanship, particularly in areas like trim carpentry. Your home should reflect your lifestyle, so we begin by understanding how you live before designing a custom plan. Our process is collaborative, ensuring your home is uniquely yours. Unlike large builders, we focus on quality, limiting ourselves to 10-12 custom homes per year to provide each project the attention it deserves. While we aren’t the cheapest, our goal is to build a home that exceeds your expectations and lasts for years. After construction, we continue our relationship with a one-year warranty, returning to address any settling issues and ensuring your satisfaction with your new home.
