EAGLE DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC is the realization of a dream that started 42 years ago. From a young age, it was Ben's dream to build a construction and development company alongside his father Bill. They envisioned a business that would take full advantage of their combined skills and experience, while remaining rooted in their passion for professionalism, quality, and integrity. Today, that dream continues, and with the help of their incredible team of management staff, carpenters, specialists, and sub-contractors, Eagle Development Group, LLC has grown to be a highly respected and reputable company on Whidbey Island and within the greater Puget Sound area. Over the years, Bill expanded his scope to include international relief work, forming Impact Teams International, a 501c(3) nonprofit. When they were older, both Ben and his brother Tim joined their father in seeking out and addressing problems and opportunities in areas impacted by poverty, drought, and post-war conditions. The Criswell family has spent 18 years building Eagle, and over time, their family has grown as they've forged strong relationships with their workers and local craftspeople. But even as they grow, Eagle Building has always retained their core purpose of identifying and filling needs in their community on Whidbey Island. Their goal is to give buyers access to quality homes that will mature with them while supporting and preserving the unique character of their Island community.
