Bridgenorth Homes was founded by custom homebuilders Dave Sego and Carl McIntyre who want to bring the high style and design of custom homes to friends and neighbors in their community at a more affordable price. Starting with a single development in New Palestine circa 2015, Bridgenorth has since expanded across three counties in central Indiana, developing four entire communities and counting. Bridgenorth Homes is guided by our founders’ principles of honesty and integrity evidenced by the way we treat our customers, employees, and trade partners.
