Boomtown was created to develop owner-occupied workforce/entry-level housing as well as affordable rental housing. Families with a household income between 80% and 120% of the area median Income (AMI) may qualify for homeownership with Boomtown. Boomtown Development Company is a 501(c)(3) supporting affiliate of Green Country Habitat for Humanity and a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) with the City of Tulsa.
