This was not my first home purchase and this home purchase had issues which delayed the closing of the home. There seemed to be communication issues with the Meritage representatives to me as well as internal communication issues. Everyone that I delt with at Meritage was attempting to remedy the situation however I'm still have issues after closing with the situation that was created. The escrow officer that I spoke to over the phone was very professional but on the day of close the office I was directed to go to for signing was not. Over all the experience was far more challenging than it should have been.

I’ve got some issues in the master bathroom that are going to have to be addressed. The paint is peeling around the ceiling.
