Capital Homes has been really great with the majority of issue that come up since my property viewing and subsequent home purchase. There are a couple of things that I am not satisfied with. One is the fact that the lawn was not maintained properly prior to my mov in and consequently is loaded with weeds like such as crab grass and spurge. I asked about it at the time that I looked at the house was told that it would be addressed. It was not. I also have a rickety temporary mailbox at the forefront of my property that is an eyesore. I was most recently told that they hoped to have it replaced with the permanent one by the end of September but that didn’t happen. I would like to have these issues addressed as soon as possible.
