    The process was drawn out and took far too long. Loan officer was with me every step of the way. Carrie who was the loan officer stayed with me when I was ready to throw in the towel. LGI sales rep Sami also did a great job sticking with me when I was ready to give up on this process. If not for them I would have gave up on this process.
