Love our new house!
Overall experience has been extremely poor. For a $925,000 home I would have expected a better overall experience. • Stone Martin Homes under construction look awful- poorly maintained, opened/not secure • Poor quality of craftmanship throughout the home • Streets are covered in mud and silt run off (Not sure how you can get away with this??) • Trades using our utilities post close (water) • Trades leaving a mess on our lot because of house next door under construction • Turf (front lawn) is dead due to sewage runoff and broken sewer pipe I’m happy to go into additional detail and provide pictures if you would like.
The house is solid “good bones” the finish work is lacking…. Gaps in trim work, blobs of grout, chipped bricks, doors with uneven gaps when closed
